The Graphic Designer and Brand Coordinator contributes to the visual and creative needs of the brand, supporting the Brand Designer Lead in ensuring consistency across platforms and delivering high-quality design and branding solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Brand Designer Lead to maintain a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across all brand materials, including digital and print assets.
  • Develop and adapt graphic templates for use on the website, social media channels, retailer product pages, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the design and visual development of the website and blog to enhance user experience and align with the brands style.
  • Maintain and update website graphics to reflect new campaigns, product launches, and seasonal themes, ensuring a fresh and engaging user experience.
  • Support the recording and editing of video content for social media and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative concepts and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while meeting the specific needs of various marketing and sales channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to uphold high-quality standards and maintain attention to detail in all deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of Graphic Design experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva
  • Computer literacy and good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Initiative and desire to learn;
  • Detail-oriented outlook and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced and evolving environment;
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
