Position Overview

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be assisting the maintenance department in handling routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and keeping equipment running smoothly. If you have a solid background in vehicle or heavy equipment repair and a willingness to learn, wed love to hear from you.

Reporting To: Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance like oil changes and tire or track rotations.

Diagnose and fix mechanical issues and hydraulic system failures on equipment.

Inspect equipment for safety concerns and make necessary repairs.

Keep detailed records of equipment maintenance and repair history.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adhoc duties as requested by Maintenance Manager.

Adhere to all safety standards and keep the workstation clean and organized.

Skills Required

Hands-on experience with vehicle or heavy equipment maintenance.

Strong knowledge of gas and diesel engines, as well as hydraulics.

An eagerness to learn and adapt to new procedures and processes.

The ability to work independently or as part of a team.

A valid Class 5 drivers license.
