• Conduct property viewings and host open houses for potential buyers.
• Engage in negotiations for contracts, offers, and counteroffers to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Offer clients market analysis, property appraisals, and strategic counsel.
• Foster enduring client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Pursue qualified leads and inquiries using established methods to boost sales and uphold strong client connections.
• Familiarize yourself with and utilize Team Goran's tools, systems, and resources to deliver top-notch client services and ensure seamless transactions.

• Must have a valid Ontario real estate license or be actively working towards obtaining one.
