We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support the development and execution of Information Technology (IT) tenders and purchase orders for software, hardware, and services. This role will be responsible for drafting and managing contract awards, evaluations, and Statements of Work (SOWs) while ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

This is a 6 month contract with potential to extend up to 2 years. It can be done remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage bidding documents, including defining contractual requirements.
  • Provide detailed effort estimates for contract development.
  • Act as a mediator to resolve contractual disputes.
  • Collaborate with Architects to ensure tenders meet technical requirements.
  • Participate in quality assurance and problem resolution activities.
  • Contribute to the development of operational requirements, transition documents, and change requests related to contract implementation or modifications.
  • Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field OR equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience:
    • Strong knowledge of Information Technology procurement, including drafting terms and conditions.
    • Proven ability to develop complex IT procurement documents such as RFPs, RFQs, contract awards, evaluations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
    • Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with various stakeholders.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
    • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
