What Success Looks Like

Strategic Leadership: In this role you would be helping to set the technology vision for our MSP, ensuring our solutions stay ahead of the curve while keeping client needs in mind.

Project Management Excellence: You will lead and oversee IT projects from inception to execution, ensuring smooth delivery, and satisfied stakeholders.

Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: A sharp analytical mind and the ability to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions is required. You dont need to know everything technically, but you should know how to source answers efficiently and guide teams to success.

• Proven experience in IT leadership within an MSP or similar environment.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful implementation.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to balance technical knowledge with strategic decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills to translate technology into business value.
• Experience with cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure is a plus.
