Bobcat of the Tri-Cities is a progressive growing company that is currently seeking a new team member for our sales department. Representing a first class compact construction equipment manufacturer that is poised for growth in the market space is a real opportunity for the right individual to enjoy reciprocal success. Some skillsets this individual would posses are being organized, motivated, good with people, and the ability to work independently. Prospecting, quoting, and closing business transactions would be your primary focus. This role also has a leadership component as you will be asked to work within our management team to assist on internal decisions and inventory control.

  • Manage assigned territory of an outside sales position
  • Complete online training classes ongoing.
  • Promote, market and retail Bobcat compact equipment
  • Promote and retail complimentary equipment short lines
  • Complete all finance paperwork for transactions
  • Calculate costing margin for retail sales
  • Promote and sell Bobcat rentals
  • Complete all required paperwork for retails, finance, demo units, rental, etc.
  • Promote & sell rentals in your assigned area
  • Track and Achieve preset budget goals
  • Follow and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Keep a clean driving record
  • Obtain a A restricted license.
  • Enter all customer notes, opportunities, customer data into (CRM)
  • Provide customer quotes using assigned database.
  • Tow units as needed for sale, rental, or demo
  • Assistance with inventory control
  • Assist in managing social media platform
  • Call on ag, construction, landscape, municipal, rental customers in your area, and build relationships
