Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience and enjoyment in a senior role, such as Marketing or Business Development, preferably at management level, with a reputable company or similar experience as an independent contractor
• Familiarity with social media platforms (FB, IG, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, including phone and Zoom. Presentation skills are an asset.
• Experience with digital marketing or willing to up-skill with training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly online training and development sessions.
• Develop marketing strategies across various digital platforms.
• Learn and apply lead generation techniques with training from our expert team.
• Conduct structured phone or Zoom interviews to qualify candidates, with scripts and training support provided
• Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable applicants
