Hours of Work: Part-Time,16 hours per week

Your Role at Petcurean: The Office Administrator plays a key role in providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers while also assisting the Office & Administration Manager with administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for visitors- whether via phone, email, or in person-this role is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional office experience.

Your Future Team: Reporting to the Office & Administration Manager, the Office Administrator collaborates closely with the entire Petcurean team and contributes to fostering a positive workplace culture. With a people-first approach, they help ensure smooth office operations while enhancing the overall experience for employees and visitors alike.


This is a temporary position expected to last until December 31, 2025.


If you were the Office Administrator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Greeting, assisting and/or directing visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answering general enquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.
  • Providing administrative support to the Office & Administration Manager as required in the areas of:
    • Data entry (such as budget entries, staff feed, ordering, meeting minutes, etc.)
    • Filing (both physical & Electronic)
    • Couriers (local & international) plus Mail-in/Mail-out management
    • Photocopying & report compilation
  • Third party vendor coordination & management. Includes: Waste disposal, office cleaners, shredding, contractors, and others as necessary.
  • Assisting with Monthly staff feed orders
  • Coordinating maintenance requests
  • Managing integrity of the office up to premium standards (cleanliness, organized, supplies filled, coffee/snacks, boardrooms)
  • Facilitating use of in-office booking system
  • Managing the use of warehouse space

  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent interpersonal abilities in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a solutions-focused, "can-do" attitude.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college courses or a college diploma in marketing, customer service, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience in a busy office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
