Position Overview
As a Landscape General Labourer, you will work alongside a crew to complete landscape maintenance and synthetic grass installation projects. This role is physically demanding and requires individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. You will be responsible for using hand tools, operating power equipment, and assisting in the preparation, installation, and cleanup of job sites.
Key Responsibilities
General Duties
No experience requiredjust a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Must be able to speak English fluently for safety and team communication.
Reliable and punctualshow up on time and ready to work.
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust).
Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Positive team player who takes pride in their work.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
General Duties
- Follow instructions from the Crew Foreperson and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Work in both landscape maintenance (Complete Landscape) and synthetic grass installation (North Western Synthetic Grass).
- Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job sites, ensuring work areas are safe and organized.
- Use hand tools and operate gas-powered equipment such as line trimmers, mowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Assist in the installation of synthetic grass, paving stones, and other landscaping materials.
- Load and unload supplies, tools, and materials from vehicles.
- Shovel and apply salt to driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots.
- Operate snow blowers and assist in winter maintenance as required.
- Be available for on-call shifts during winter storms (evening shifts may apply).

Work Schedule & Compensation
- Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (overtime may be required).
- Winter Season (Salting & Plowing): On-call evening shifts, typically 6:00 PM 2:00 AM.
- Hours are not guaranteed, but we aim to provide 40 hours per week.
- Hourly wage based on experience and performance.
