As a Healthcare Security Supervisor at Paladin Security, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing security operations, managing security personnel, and coordinating safety protocols within the healthcare environment. A typical day may involve conducting site inspections, responding to incidents, training staff, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain a secure setting for patients and staff alike.
Requirements
Must Have- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate (from a WSIB-approved provider)
- Ability to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine (minimum double vaccination)
- A copy of your immunization records
- Minimum 6 months of healthcare security experience is preferred
- Minimum 6 months of non-healthcare security experience is preferred
- Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check (during onboarding)
- Commitment to full-time availability for no less than 6 months
- Proficiency in English (oral & written)
