We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to craft stories that inspire, educate, and engage our audience.

Role Overview:

This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a content marketing function from scratch. Youll drive content strategy, creation, and experimentation to see what resonates. As Content Marketing Manager, youll take ownership of Gravitys content strategy. You'll be responsible for building our brands voice, telling compelling stories, and developing campaigns that align with business objectives.

WhatYoull Do:

  • Define and Build the Content Strategy:
    Create a content plan aligned with business goals. Focus on creative storytelling through formats like articles, case studies, videos, podcasts, and more.
  • Own the Narrative:
    Lead initiatives to highlight Gravitys impact, including customer success stories, thought leadership, and behind-the-scenes innovations. Work with internal and external stakeholders to uncover and amplify these stories.
  • Create and Test High-Impact Content:
    Write, edit, and produce content for websites, social media, newsletters, and campaigns. Test new formats, measure performance, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experiment Boldly:
    Pilot new content initiatives and quickly assess their effectiveness. Embrace a test-and-learn approach to continuously refine and innovate.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Work closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success to ensure content supports the buyer journey, from awareness to advocacy.
  • Optimize and Scale:
    Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for improvement. Continuously refine content strategies to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in content marketing, journalism, or storytelling-focused roles (preference for SaaS or GovTech experience).
  • Strategy Building: Experience creating content strategies from scratch or in rapidly evolving environments.
  • Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and project management abilities. Familiarity with SEO, CMS, and analytics tools.
