We are currently recruiting for a Crating Tech/ Honing & Grinding Operator at our head office inRed Deer, AB.

What will you do?

• Perform grinding, cleaning and preservation of fittings to ensure quality & durability.
• Accurately measure pipes and fittings to meet project specifications.
• Build and assemble crates and skids for secure transportation and storage.
• Maintain proper traceability of crate lumber to support compliance and quality control.
• Operate a variety of equipment, including hand tools, forklifts, overhead cranes, etc.

What do you need?

• Experience using a tape measure and working with fractions is required.
• Experience measuring with bore gauges and calipers is an asset.
• Previous experience with forklifts and overhead crane is an asset.
• A valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable standing and working in one position for extended periods.
  
• Experience using saws, impact tools and hand tools.
