Job Title: Accounts Receivables Administrator

Placement Type: Temporary to Permanent

Office Location: Sherwood Park

Work Location: 100% onsite

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Overview:

Our client in Sherwood Park is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivables Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary to permanent position, meaning it will start a contract role and then convert into a permanent position based on performance and internal headcount approval. This position is responsible for processing and applying daily bank statements across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accurate payment allocation, and reconciling accounts to maintain financial accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply daily bank statements across multiple subsidiary bank accounts.
  • Pull remittance details from bank statements and apply payments to the correct invoices.
  • Ensure all payments are accurately posted and reconciled according to bank records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment applications.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of accounts receivables experience
  • Cash application experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Polished written & verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail

Like To Have Qualifications:

  • Experience using Sage500
  • 4+ years of accounts receivables experience
