Title: Security Guard - Temporary

Job Type: Casual

Wages: $18.00 / per hour.

Shift(s): Sunday - Saturday: 06:00 - 18:00 or

Sun, Mon,Tues, Thur, Fri & Sat: 18:00 - 06:00 (Swing/Rotational)

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills. If you have experience as a security guard and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• CCTV and Live monitoring expereince preferred
• Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
• Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Coordinating with other team leads to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
• Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.

Requirement:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid Ontario security license
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to works in both indoor and outdoor environments. Exposure to all climate conditions, including cold and heat.
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
