Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will orchestrate large-scale environmental construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to our high standards of quality and sustainability. This role is crucial for our ongoing national expansion and offers substantial leadership and career advancement opportunities as our operations scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee project launches, including securing permits, preparing critical documentation, and establishing project benchmarks.
• Strategic Execution: Manage all project phases, ensuring robust collaboration and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor project finances, from budget management to cost-benefit analysis, ensuring financial health and efficacy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for clients and community stakeholders, ensuring expectations and contractual obligations are met.
• Team Management: Lead and develop project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and compliance with safety protocols.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate completed projects to derive insights and integrate improvements into future initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: At least 10 years of construction project management experience, preferably in environmental construction.
• Skills: Superior leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Certifications: PMP certification is highly regarded.

Working Conditions:

• Predominantly office-based with frequent site visits.
• Required travel within Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.
• Occasional overtime to ensure project completion.
