About the role:

Our RV Outfitter (Sales)will be responsible for developing leads and building rapport with new and potential clients, evaluating customer needs providing product recommendations, and following up with recent customers to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have stellar customer service skills and want to cultivate your sales skills, this might be your career. You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality and well provide you with the support, tools, and training youll need to help get people camping!

Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Are you persuasive, driven, and looking for a challenge? Were seeking an RV Outfitter (Sales Person) to join our Red Deer team. As an RV Outfitter, youll be responsible for building rapport with customers, evaluating their needs, providing product recommendations, and following up to ensure theyre satisfied with their experience.

The selected candidate must be available on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays but not Sundays!

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively follow successful sales processes that ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience, including the timely completion of all paperwork
• Actively seek, identify, and obtain new prospects in ways that lead to increased sales
• Successfully maintain and enhance ongoing customer relationships through timely follow-up communications that lead to repeat business
• Assist customers with insurance arrangements, manufacturers warranty, and parts and service details
• Continually learn and apply new sales skills, strategies, and techniques
• Preparation of paperwork for all unit deliveries

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Eligible for Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC) licensing
• Goal-oriented and achievement-driven
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and develop rapport quickly
• Comfortable working with computers including MS Office and social media.
