Job Description

Under direction of the Operations Coordinator, the dispatcher coordinates workflow for the fluid hauling division. This role requires a forward thinker who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized and understands they are a crucial link between Operators & Customers, and can communicate accordingly.

Qualifications

Who you are?

• You are organized and preform well under pressure
• The ability to create and maintain professional relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and management team comes naturally to you
• You are equipped with strong computer skills (Microsoft, Google)
• You are agile and can adjust priorities on short notice
• You can provide 24-hour dispatch that includes on-call availability

Qualifications

• 2 years of dispatching experience in a high volume, oilfield environment
• Working knowledge of all applicable regulations governing transportation (Hours of Service, Weights, and Dimensions)
• Proficient in computer programs
• Proven track record of a strong, unwavering customer focus
