Job Responsibilities:

Prepare client marketing packages and other sales-related materials

Collects, copies, orders, and stocks all sales and marketing materials

Customizing and updating digital and print marketing

Track & report measures of success in the market of current advertising and marketing

Collaborate on new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business

Assist and maintain all company social media outlets

Social media management including website updates, blog posts, Twitter and Facebook accounts, and intranet updates.

Keep track and meet deadlines for newsletters, promotions, specials, and online ads

Support marketing initiatives, including advertising, sponsorships, etc. as well as other marketing and communications projects and event management

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing is an Asset

2-3 years of experience in the marketing field

Excellent written skills

Innovative and creative approach to tasks

Excellent communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office

Ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
