Responsibilities Include:

Cleaning/Maintenance

• Maintain building appearance, and daily inspection. Ensure cleanliness of the entrance and exit of the building, all common areas & corridors, including floor maintenance and general grounds maintenance
• Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance as directed by the Property Manager (drywall; painting; minor electrical and plumbing; etc.)
• Ensure all construction work performed by third-party vendors is completed professionally as tasked

Customer Service/Resident Relations

• Respectively address all Resident questions and concerns in a timely manner
• Always maintain positive relations with all residents
• On-call support for after-hour emergencies on a rotating basis

Safety

• Always ensure resident safety and security
• Promptly respond in a professional manner to all emergencies and document accurately
• Identify any issues and recommend solutions to prevent any incidents

General

• Additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a superintendent is an asset
• prior experience as a custodian, environmental services, commercial cleaning, and maintenance an asset
• Lift 50lb
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proactive, reliable, dependable, and respectful
• Experience monitoring repairs and maintenance work
• Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Live-In Suite is 2 bedroom unit, as a taxable benefit

Salary: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• On call rotation
