Job Summary:
We passionately believe that empowered and engaged people are the key to success. In this role, you drive meaningful results through our Residential Sales channel across Alberta, under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing as well as the Executive leadership. What does that mean? Overseeing a team of inbound / outbound call center sales reps on a day to day basis, creating new and innovative sales approaches, and monitoring trends to build out pro-active strategies.
What you will be doing:
- Leadership and development: Motivate and lead a team of Sales professionals, establishing strategic objectives, targets and KPIs, providing coaching and development plans.
- Sales Strategy Management: Take charge of the entire sales journey; identifying new leads, sealing the deal, and analyzing market trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Relationship Builder: Create unforgettable buying experiences by building strong bonds, discovering current and future needs, and exciting key decision-makers.
- Connecting with our customers: Lead our teams and initiatives across Canada with events and conventions that promote the CFOC, and Northern lights fiber brands.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Youre motivated by results, and thrive on challenges. Think creatively to solve problems, identify opportunities, and create unique solutions.
What we are looking for:
- Strong leadership and team development skills. Previous people leadership experience required.
- An open and honest approach to salesmanship. We stand behind our product and service and strive to deliver on every promise made. Our customers love us, and that starts with the first conversation.
- A deep understanding of Residential sales in Western Canada, particularly within the Rural segment. You are a sales veteran with a minimum of 5 years of telecommunications experience preferred. You understand the market as well as catering your approach to match the customers needs.
- Previous telecommunications experience strongly preferred: you understand fiber-optic internet technology, as well technology trends that help households connect and evolve.
- Strong networking skills you are comfortable building lasting relationships within various sectors and leveraging them to bring quality service offerings.
