We are hiring painters for the fall of 2025! I am building a team of hardworking, dedicated students to assist in growing a RECORD BREAKING student painting business in the Timmins area.

The position includes:

• Full-Time Hours

• Training and development to complete professional painting work for interior and exterior painting/staining

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license

• Access to a vehicle

• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to complete painting/staining projects and will be a pro in no time!

• Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)

• Strong communication skills

• Coachable, hardworking and willing to learn.

Payment Structure:

• We offer a base rate ranging from $18-22/hour

• High-performance bonuses available

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall completion of projects. Start to finish completion at a high standard of quality.

• Daily responsibility for the cleanliness of the site and the project.

• Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owners.

• Manage day-to-day project tasks for properly providing services to clients.
