We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and data analysis. The Revenue Manager will play a crucial role in managing the "IDeaS" revenue management platform, hosting strategic team meetings, and driving the financial performance of our hotel collection.

What you are responsible for:
- Work closely with the corporate sales and marketing team to development and execute the properties revenue strategy to drive growth and market share.
- Collaborate closely with corporate and property-level teams, including the general manager, to align weekly or monthly strategy meetings to review and drive the hotel's overall business objectives.
- Create a portfolio framework for in-depth analysis of key performance indicators, market trends, and competitor pricing to identify areas of opportunity.
- Generate and utilize demand forecasting, booking trends, and historical data to optimize pricing, inventory allocation, and distribution channels for the properties using the "IDeaS" revenue management platform.
- Establish and maintain agreements with online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and all other channels to optimize the hotel's digital presence. Perform web/digital auditing from time to time to ensure all sites are current.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Mgmt., Business Administration, or related.
- Proven experience in hotel revenue management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
