We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team at our sign manufacturing shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial painting techniques, including surface preparation, mixing and applying paints, and finishing. Attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in industrial painting using a spray gun on metal surfaces,body shop experience, or a candidate with drywall experience and a keen eye. We are willing to train the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and Prepare Surfaces
• Mix paint codes.
• Apply Paint with a spray gun.
• Clean Work Area & follow all guidelines for the safe handling & disposal of hazardous chemicals & waste.
• Maintain painting equipment.
• Troubleshoot any problems that the equipment may have.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience in automotive or industrial equipment painting.
• Experience wet painting using a gun & troubleshooting issues.
• Ability to differentiate between colors and experience mixing colors.
• Skilled with hand, power tools, and equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational & communication skills. Able to follow complex tasks.
• Ability to work on multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Industry Training & Certification. Willing to train.
