Join the Ultimate Renovations team as an Architectural Technologist and elevate your career by creating stunning residential transformations. In this role, you'll design innovative floor plans and unique features that bring our clients' visions to life, producing detailed technical plans and eye-catching renderings. With your expertise in CAD and a flair for creativity, you'll excel in a dynamic environment known for delivering award-winning designs for over 40 years.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for the following:

Working closely with our design and production teams to translate renovation requests and site measurements into technical plans and 3D renderings

Revising drawings and renderings to reflect any changes to scope of work and/or selections during the design phase

Producing pre-production 3D renderings based on plans and after photos

Applying for Building and Development Permits

On your resume we will be looking for the following qualifications:

A technical certification in architectural technologies from a recognized institution

A minimum of 2-5 years of design and drafting experience (working on residential projects is considered an asset)

Experience using Chief Architect software

Experience working with a team of designers and project managers, such that you know how to translate multiple streams of feedback and input into a finished design

Previous customer facing and site measure experience would be considered an asset
