Note: Hybrid - Candidate must work 3 days onsite in Toronto and 2 days remote

MUST HAVES;

  • Knowledge of Oracle Recruitment Cloud modules and their integration within the Oracle HCM system.

Description

  • Hybrid Work Environment: The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at 222 Jarvis St 3 days per week, and may work remotely up to 2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide systems administration and systems operations support, including setting up user access, user profiles, backup and recovery, and day-to-day computer systems operations.
  • Perform software upgrades, apply patches, and provide customer interface to ensure requested changes are implemented.
  • Monitor computer workload trends and make adjustments to ensure optimum utilization of computer resources.
  • Upkeep, configure, install, and support the clients' network and coordinate the various systems.

General Skills:

  • Must be highly experienced with Oracle
  • Experience at the specified experience level setting up user access and user profiles, backup and recovery, and day-to-day computer systems operations.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SaaS solutions

Systems Administration and Operations Support (35%)

  • Proficiency in managing user access, profiles, backup, recovery, and daily operations

Technical Skills (30%)

  • Knowledge of operating systems, hardware platforms, information retrieval, communications protocols, middleware, and gateways
  • Highly experienced with Oracle

Software and Network Maintenance (20%)
