We are seeking skilled Plastic Extrusion Technicians to join this plastic maufacturing team near Red Deer, AB. The Process Technician will be essential in ensuring the production of high-quality products with a focus on efficiency, safety, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain plastic extrusion machinery to produce high-quality profiles and parts.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Clean machines, equipment, and work areas to maintain a safe environment
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow
• Document production output and maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in plastic extrusion manufacturing
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with machine maintenance, repairs, or troubleshooting is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Experience in continuous improvement processes (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma)
• Background in plastic manufacturing or production environments
