What Youll Do:

  • Drive Revenue: Identify, engage, and convert prospective customers into long-term partners in Canada and the USA.
  • Build Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with clubs, federations, and other organizations, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Deliver Solutions: Showcase how Uplifters platform can streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and grow their organizations.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, client success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Exceed Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts, including managing RFPs, demoing the product, and closing deals.

Who You Are:

  • A Sales Pro: You have 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • An Exceptional Communicator: Youre a natural at building rapport and can effectively convey complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Goal-Oriented: Youre self-motivated and driven by achieving results.
  • Tech-Savvy: Youre comfortable learning and demonstrating software platforms.
  • Passionate About Sports and Recreation: You understand the importance of community organizations and want to help them thrive.
  • A Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to our collective success.
