Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Design and Documentation

· Prepare Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and equipment specifications aligned with process requirements.

· Develop 2D mechanical and architectural drawings to support project design and construction.

· Compile comprehensive equipment and instrument lists for project tracking and execution.

Procurement Support

· Prepare detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) based on finalized equipment specifications.

· Review and perform technical alignment of vendor proposals against established technical specifications.

Budget and Cost Management

· Provide input during the project budgeting phase by maintaining and updating the master budget document.

Project Administration

· Manage project correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication among stakeholders.

· Oversee project document management to ensure traceability, version control, and accessibility of documentation.

On-Site Collaboration and Support

· Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to support and coordinate site activities, ensuring project objectives are met.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Technical Degree in related fields (i.e. Chemical Engineering).

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the renewable energy, RNG, biogas, water treatment, EPC, oil and gas or related industries.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical specifications and the ability to create engineering drawings and documents.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication in English, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical details and process improvement.

Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Autocad 2D.

Certifications: no certification required but highly considered as a plus.
