Overview
As the Warehouse and Receiving Supervisor, you will be responsible for all inventory and non-inventory stored in the Warehouse, ensuring all daily functions are completed by the end of the day, team members are scheduled accordingly, and daily performances meet expectations, this is a hands-on role that requires exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate fellow team member.
Responsibilities
- Ensure company policies and regulations are followed by all warehouse receiver's personnel and that any changes are communicated and implemented swiftly.
- Review all activities for inventory control, receiving, shipping, storage location, and monitoring all processes across the Warehouse Department
- Create, maintain, and update accurate employee records.
- Hold regular team meetings to address upcoming events, challenges, monthly inventory variances, goals, and team member thoughts.
- Update team member schedules, and PTOs, and schedule monthly Inventories for all storerooms.
- Ensure all daily storerooms are run for reorder (SWS code IUORD).
- Actively participate in the Health & Safety structure including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understanding, complying, and promoting the Company's Safety Procedures, identifying hazardous or potentially hazardous situations, and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe environment for self and others.
- Assist in the timely manner of disbursement of all direct orders and inventory requisitions to proper departments.
- Perform and document inventory control operations in accordance with the guidelines established through quality control and department policies and procedures.
- Perform computer data entry using the Inventory/Purchasing System.
- Identify and resolve Department complaints/issues on any receiving or requisition problems as they come up.
- Assist in preparing Storerooms and Equipment for inventories.
- Assist Finance in conducting required, monthly physical inventories.
- Perform other Warehouse & Receiver job-related duties as needed, receiving, stocking, pulling Inventory Orders, and delivering orders.
- Fostering Communication: Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different departments.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Three years (3) of experience in a Warehouse & Receiving leadership role.
- General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment (telephone, copier, fax machine).
- Excellent organizational skills to function under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business needs.
- Able to stand, sit, and or walk for extended periods of time on concrete floors.
- Considerable physical activities may require the handling of objects that weigh 50 lbs. plus.
- Must obtain/Maintain a Gaming/Lottery license.
- Must be at least nineteen (19) years of age.
