Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Estimator with a proven ability to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with new builds and civil projects while also being adept at estimating typical office interior fit-outs and renovations.

• Analyze project documents, drawings, and specifications to develop detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare and submit bids for a variety of projects, including new construction, civil works, and interior office renovations.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary pricing and scope details.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing exercises using estimating software.
• Evaluate project risks, timelines, and other factors to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders to stay informed on market trends and pricing.
• Assist in value engineering and alternate solutions to meet client budgets while maintaining project quality.

• 3–5 years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
• Experience with new build and civil construction projects.
• Knowledge of office interior fit-outs and renovations.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of Ontario's construction regulations and industry standards.
