As the Procurement Specialist, you wont just be filling a position; youll be the primary person managing the procurement of all indirect goods and services. Youll enjoy negotiating prices and managing vendor relationships to drive cost savings and ensure smooth business operations.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Procurement: Oversee the entire procurement process for a variety of indirect goods and services, from sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts to managing delivery and ensuring timely, cost-effective availability.
• Vendor Management & Negotiation: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure suppliers meet performance standards related to cost, quality, and delivery.
• Cost Control & Budget Management: Drive cost-saving initiatives, manage procurement budgets, and track spending to ensure alignment with financial goals and efficiency improvements.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts for indirect goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and optimal terms.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and advise on best practices, ensuring smooth and effective purchasing across departments.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulations while identifying and mitigating risks associated with suppliers and procurement processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of market trends and industry innovations, continuously assessing and refining procurement processes to enhance performance and achieve cost savings.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A combination of education and experience demonstrating your procurement or supply chain management expertise.
  
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems.
