The paid Student Development Program is a highly selective, high potential program for rising post-secondary students. An opportunity focused on helping students gain valuable work experience and insight into the Dairy industry in Bobcaygeon.

Students will directly contribute to Kawartha Dairys success while receiving an unmatched, behind-the-scenes learning experience. Work within the Marketing department and gain exposure to the business of Dairy Manufacturing through challenging, hands-on projects and networking opportunities. In addition, students are given opportunities of mentorship from our Leadership Team Members.

What you Need:

• Be enrolled in (or entering) 2nd-4th year post secondary OR post graduate program
• Business, Hospitality, Event Planning or Marketing students with an interest in food manufacturing and retail customer service may be especially interested in the opportunity
• Legally permitted to work in Canada
• Available for start of program April 28, 2025 until end of program August 29, 2025

What You will Do:

• Lead social media content development against strategy
• Lead competitive and industry social media audit to generate new content ideas and approaches
• Represent the Kawartha Dairy Brand
• Take photos during the event for social media
• Support Retail Point Of Sale development
