We are seeking a creative and versatile Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, social media management, and Asana or other project management tools. A passion for storytelling, video production, email marketing, and event coordination is essential for success in this role.

As a jack-of-all-trades in marketing, you will thrive on managing multiple projects and platforms simultaneously. Your ability to strategize, execute, and analyze marketing initiatives will be critical in effectively communicating our brand message and engaging diverse audiences. From designing eye-catching visuals to creating engaging social media campaigns, producing impactful videos or written stories, and orchestrating memorable events, youll bring creativity and precision to every aspect of our marketing efforts.

In this role, you will:

  • Design compelling visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for campaigns, digital ads, and printed materials.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, while staying ahead of emerging trends.
  • Be comfortable filming and editing video content to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Utilize Asana to manage projects effectively, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Craft and execute email marketing campaigns, write engaging blog posts, and maintain content on WordPress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and posts.
  • Monitor social media trends, analytics, and insights to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement.

Graphic Design:

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, banners, and digital ads.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brands visual identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with team members to create compelling visual content for campaigns and initiatives.

Website Management:

  • Maintain and update the companys website to ensure content is current and visually appealing.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote initiatives, events, and announcements.
  • Design visually appealing email templates that are optimized for deliverability and engagement.
  • Analyze email metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.

Video Storytelling:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content to highlight our brands mission, values, and achievements.
  • Create compelling video narratives for social media, website, paid advertisements, and events.
  • Manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring high production quality.

Event Coordination:

  • Support team efforts to plan and execute events, including logistics, promotion, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Capture event content for social media and post-event reports.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software (preferably Premiere Pro or Capcut).
  • Experience with website management tools (preferably WordPress) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Photography and Video skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Loomly, Constant Contact).
  • Familiarity with project management platforms and tools (e.g., Asana)
