THE TASK: Support Laline Canadas Operations with a consumer centric approach. With a focus on Operating Retail find ways to increase efficiency of retail locations, support retail growth projects, and continually focus on improving the operations of the brand.
Work directly with Laline Canadas General Manager to support programs and initiatives (as required) for stores and field leadership which support our ongoing business priorities.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Operational Process & Planning
- Drive retail calendar planning ensuring cross-functional teams are delivering critical tasks on time
- Ensure plans are communicated across the business ensuring all key team members are informed
- Key point of contact / outreach to key global functions and vendors to support ongoing business needs
- Support Commercial planning with review and analysis of incoming product, costs and pricing
- Support Commercial Planning with retail inventory, deliveries and allocation
Retail Support
- Home office point of contact for retail leaders, including customer support
- Support retail sales and performance reporting ongoing review of Retail performance, wages and incentives.
- Partner with district/area manager to support and execute key retail store initiatives, including process improvements, merchandising, key processes, product flow, peak season planning, maintenance, retail operational goods, etc.
Business Development & Special Projects
- Process owner for future Laline Canada retail stores, including events.
- Primary contact for Laline VIP program
- Project management and leadership for third party / retail channel growth projects
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Retail field experience in a leadership role in Canada
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business results
- Clear understanding of commercial KPIs, scheduling & wages management.
- Project management experience has led key retail projects
- Ability to partner with others. Strong communication & intrapersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex operations and analytics, and drive end to end process.
- Ability to work well with a variety of levels and functions within the organization
- Entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset, and hands-on approach.
