Business Development Lead
Location: North Vancouver, BC/Hybrid
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience)

With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work and fostering collaborative partnerships, we're looking for a Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives and take our business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the TI and fit-out sectors, building strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers.
  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the company's presence and market share in the North Vancouver region.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent business development efforts that drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Proposal Development: Oversee the preparation of bids, proposals, and presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and identify opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key business development metrics and provide regular updates to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within the construction, TI, or fit-out sectors.
    • Knowledge of the Lower mainland construction market and a strong network of industry contacts is highly desirable.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not required with extensive relevant experience.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes:

    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
