Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a permanent, full-time career opportunity? We have 2 immediate vacancies for Yard Crew team members at our location in Whitefish, Ontario.
As a Yard Crew team member, youll play a key role in maintaining smooth, safe, and efficient yard operations. This position focuses on teamwork, safety, and quality as you support our shipping, receiving, and delivery processes.

Compensation:
Starting at $24 - $25 per hour, based on experience. Eligible for group insurances, health and dental benefits, and pension plan with company-matching after 6 months of continuous employment.
The ideal candidate is:
- Forklift Certified with 3 years or more of experience
- Geared to being outdoors, and is capable of working in all types of weather
- Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive movements (bending, lifting, crouching, standing for long periods)
- Dedicated to safety
- Someone who thrives in collaborative and supportive team environment
- A good communicator and listener
- A hard worker who likes to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards
- Has a valid Class G driver's license
What will you be doing?
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations in place at all times
- Adhere to the delivery schedule
- Operating various tools and equipment as required
- Configuring loads on trailers that meet MTO requirements for travel
- Assisting with loading and unloading merchandise to and from trailers
- Blocking/bracing and securing loads with tie-downs for transport
- Inspecting and reporting on merchandise to identify any damages
- Using equipment to maneuver boats/trailers to designated holding areas
- Ensure consistency of quality on incoming products
- Complete additional tasks that may be assigned as needed
