Job Summary:

We are looking for someone who enjoys being the face of Northern Lights Fiber. You will be responsible for increasing our brand presence & reputation in the community, ultimately driving meaningful sales in the Business and Residential sector. With the support of the Field Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering sustained success in the town.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Northern Lights Fiber in the community of Vermilion, with a focus on growth and delivering quality & reliable services.
- Face-to-face, phone, and email interaction with prospective customers, both residential and Business
- Generate leads and educate customers through building relationships, door-knocking, leveraging social media, and organizing pop-up events
- Listen actively to customer concerns and build personalized residential service solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products/services to effectively assist customers.
- Foster relationships with residents in the communities we serve
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, manage warm leads, and process transactions
Qualifications:
- Live within the region, and know your community
- Willingness to sell Northern Lights Fiber services, and do so living into our core values (Community Empowerment Integrity Quality Hard Work Transparency)
- Honest, reliable, and hard-working
- Past experience in solution-selling, with strong preference given to those with a Broadband background
- Bring your own device (phone reimbursement)
- Reliable vehicle with the ability to travel and work remotely (mileage reimbursement and LOA)
- Positive image within your community
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable walking for long periods in intermittent climates door to door, summer and winter conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Schedule:
Flexible hours
Primarily weekdays
Weekends depending on attendance at key events
Ability to commute/relocate:
Reliability commute around the region
