Experience You'll Create:

As the National Sales Manager, your mission is to lead and guide the Sales Team to new heights. You'll:

Strategize and Drive Growth: Brainstorm creative methods to drive sales, identify potential new markets, and establish sales programs that align with corporate goals.

Foster Team Success: Lead and support your Sales Team members, providing mentorship and opportunities for growth.

Chart the Path: Anticipate market trends, set ambitious performance goals, and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Engage and Connect: Deliver compelling sales presentations and engage key clients, all while building lasting relationships.

Understand Needs: Meet with customers, understanding their present and future needs, and negotiate terms that reinforce the quality of our relationships.

Innovate Together: Collaborate with colleagues from the Director of Revenue, Director of Sales, Sales Executives, and Customers to create and sign supply agreements when applicable.

Empower Your Team: Assign territories, set goals and quotas, and provide training programs to Sales Representatives in collaboration with the Director of Sales.

Maximize Potential: Assess the strengths and areas of development within the sales team and offer guidance for improvement.

Nurture Learning: Train and support Sales Representatives, keeping them informed about changes that impact product sales and fostering lead generation and sales excellence.

Build Connections: Schedule regular business development review meetings with your team members.

Infuse Energy: Support key events within the Sales Division, including quarterly meetings, seminars, and Customer Appreciation Golf Tournaments.

Coordinate Seamlessly: Act as a liaison between the sales department and related units, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Lead Together: Lead weekly or bi-weekly sales team meetings.

Your Experience Profile:

Educational Background: You hold a graduate or master's degree in a business-related field.

Sales Knowledge: With 7 to 10 years of sales experience, ideally in packaging or related industries, you have a proven track record of team leadership of at-least 5 years.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: You're driven to succeed and find satisfaction in helping others achieve their financial goals.

Communication Excellence: Your ability to communicate clearly, understand customer needs, and present product solutions is exemplary.

Value-Based Solutions: Proficient in presenting and demonstrating value-based solutions with a commitment to excellence and quality.

Project Management: You excel in project management, handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Business Acumen: Your strong business acumen and customer service orientation set you apart.

Self-Starter: You're a self-motivated achiever who consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.

Tech-Savvy: Navigating CRM systems and leveraging MS Office products is second nature to you.
