The Services and Deliverables to be provided by the candidate will include the following:

• Provide Middleware development and operations support for ECIS solution running IBM IHS, WebSphere and TRIRIGA
  
• Provide Oracle database and infrastructure support for Report and Validation (RV) data warehouse system
  
• Provide Oracle database and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) support to various data warehouse system
  
• Solution design and architect for system and data integration
  
• Lead the planning of DDSB Server OS upgrade for Windows, Solaris and Linux servers
  
• Lead the planning and execution of Oracle upgrade and migration project(s)
  
• Participate in planning activities and solution design; complete all required change request assessment tasks, Design Workbook and WIA; participate in DDSB and ITS release management activities
  
• Perform capacity planning, database monitoring and performance tuning to all Oracle SQL Server databases
  
• Provide support and solution design for Hadoop implementation
  
• Provide daily DBA support for all databases running in Oracle 19c on various development, test, pre-production and production environments
  
• Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to database backup and recovery, databases export and import, database maintenance, database management, monitoring database performance and tuning, etc.
  
• Update technical documentation including: Operation Manual documents, Technical Architecture documents, etc.

• Demonstrated working experience with solution design and architect for enterprise web- enable anti-virus file scanning solution

Responsibilities include, but are limited to, the following:

• Establish the needs of users
