We are looking for a dynamic and customer-service-oriented Receptionist/Admin Assistant to support our head office. We seek proactive and hands-on candidates who will represent RLG as the first point of contact while performing multiple office duties in a professional and timely manner.

As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant, you will be:
- Managing day-to-day reception duties and providing general administrative support
- Answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to general enquiries promptly
- Receiving and distributing all incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, couriers, and delivery requests
- Handling meeting room booking requests
- Supporting meeting logistics, including boardroom setup, cleanup, and catering arrangements for meetings, activities, and training groups
- Assisting the administrative team with logistics for special events and teambuilding activities
- Coordinating and arranging cakes, flowers, or gifts for birthday recognitions, corporate programs, or other occasions
- Assisting with corporate travel bookings
- Reconciling monthly credit card expenses and petty cash
- Ordering, tracking, and managing office supplies, stationery, and corporate-branded items
- Monitoring kitchen supplies, keeping the kitchen stocked and tidy, and repurchasing supplies when necessary
- Maintaining and updating staff directories as needed
- Handling building and maintenance requests
- Performing additional general administrative duties as assigned

To qualify for this role, you must:
- Have a minimum of 2 years direct experience providing administrative support in an office environment
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, thrive in a team environment, and demonstrate collaboration
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Show strong data analytics skills, including proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Are flexible to accommodate occasional early meetings
