Xtreme Oilfield is seeking an Accounting Administrator to join their busy team!

The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, performing data analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

This full-time position, Monday to Friday is based out of the office in St. Paul, Alberta

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce accurate and timely reports for financial reports, statements and records.

• Support audits and provide necessary documentation.

• Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting.

• Assist with month-end/year-end closing processes.

• Collaborate and support with management in all accounting, tax, and control related issues.

• Other accounting duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' work experience in accounting or accounting and business-related role is necessary.

• Relevant degree/diploma/certificate from an accredited institution is considered an asset

• High proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.

• Team player, proactive and positive attitude and the ability to operate in a positive, helpful, and productive manner.
