The paid Student Development Program is a highly selective, high potential program for rising post-secondary students. An opportunity focused on helping students gain valuable work experience and insight into the Dairy industry in Bobcaygeon.

Students will directly contribute to Kawartha Dairys success while receiving an unmatched, behind-the-scenes learning experience. Work within the Marketing department and gain exposure to the business of Dairy Manufacturing through challenging, hands-on projects and networking opportunities. In addition, students are given opportunities of mentorship from our Leadership Team Members.

What you Need:

• Be enrolled in (or entering) 2nd-4th year post secondary OR post graduate program
• Accounting and Finance students with an interest in corportae finance may be especially interested in the opportunity
• Legally permitted to work in Canada
• Available for start of program April 28, 2024 until end of program August 29, 2024

What You will Do:

• Support all aspects of the Finance team with a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as well as quarterly assignments
• Maintaining and updating customer records
• Prepare various month end reports
