About the role:
DMCL Chartered Professional Accountants is looking for a Receptionist to temporarily join our administration team in the Surrey office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, a pro-active mindset, and a can-do attitude! The contract for this role is set to last until the end of June 2025, with the potential for extension.
Our administration team is made up of a receptionist, executive and administrative assistants who work diligently to support our people and keep our office running smoothly. Whether in-person or on the phone, our clients can count on this team to connect them with the people and resources they need to achieve and exceed their business goals.
How youll make a difference:
- Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls;
- Meet and greet clients;
- Book and set up boardrooms for meetings and conferences;
- Scan and file documents according to company guidelines;
- Manage faxes, mail and courier services;
- Ensure the reception area, kitchen, stationery and filing areas are clean and tidy;
- Complete other office duties and special projects as required by staff.
Who you are:
- Have previous experience in a client facing role;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to manage time, and adhere to strict deadlines;
- A pro-active mindset with the ability to take initiative;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- High school diploma or equivalent is required;
- Experience in MS Office computer skills, including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook is an asset.
