We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role will support the operational and administrative needs of Trillium Advisory Group. The Executive Administrator will oversee various systems and processes, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient support for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management:

  • Manage the company's accounting system for monthly reconciliation, invoice creation, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial records and reports.

Human Resources & Benefits Administration:

  • Administer the HR system, including employee records and updates.
  • Oversee time tracking and expense reporting systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage the companys benefits program, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.

Office & Administrative Support:

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external service providers.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed to enhance team productivity.

Travel Coordination:

  • Serve as the flight coordinator for team members, booking travel arrangements efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Maintain accurate travel itineraries and ensure smooth coordination for trips.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Familiarity with accounting, HR, and time tracking systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Replicon, BambooHR, or similar platforms).
    • QuickBooks experience is required
    • An accounting certification is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
