The role

The Customer Service Analyst will act as a key liaison with the customer and sales team and is responsible for on time and in full delivery to customers via relationship development, accurate and timely order processing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. In addition, this role will be responsible for data analysis of order patterns to recommend changes to reduce our cost-to-serve and improve service levels for customers.

Responsibilities

Customer Service (50%)

• Accurately process, audit, and manage customer orders in SAP
• Key customer contact for regarding stock availability, shortages, timing of shipments an FFG terms of sale
• Resolution of EDI errors
• Support set-up of new customers
• Be responsible for resolution of ad hoc order issues
• Contribute to excellent customer service (> 98 % CCFOT)

Analysis (50%)

• Automation: Drive initiatives to increase order automation and reduce order validation
• Efficiency and optimization initiatives: Analytical ad hoc projects to improve efficiency and reduce Logistics costs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably Business or Engineering related)
• At least 3 years business experience preferably in Supply Chain
• Ability to problem solve under tight timelines with minimal supervision
• Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations
• Team player able to work cross functionally for day-to-day activities and projects
• Strong SAP skills in OTC module
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent data management and analytical capabilities
• Bilingual English/French is an asset
