Role Summary

As a Rev Ops Reporting Specialist at Titan Environmental, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our data-driven processes. Your work will empower the business with accurate reporting, insights, and analytics that directly influence strategic decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, driving process improvements, and automating reporting functions to enhance operational efficiency. Your insights will guide revenue forecasting and help shape the company's goals, ensuring we stay on track to reach and exceed our targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Data Integration and Accuracy: Keep our data fresh, accurate, and organized across all systems to power reporting and analysisyour attention to detail keeps us on track!
  • Dashboard Creation and KPI Tracking: Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into our key performance indicators, ensuring leadership and cross-functional teams have actionable insights into our progress each quarter. Leverage data to highlight trends, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decisions that align with our strategic goals and drive performance.
  • Process Optimization and Insights: Dive into data trends, uncover bottlenecks, and find efficiencies to supercharge sales, marketing, and customer success workflows. Then, share actionable insights that drive revenue and elevate customer experiences.
  • Forecasting and Strategic Planning: Help us stay ahead of the curve by crafting data-driven revenue forecasts and predictive models to inform our big-picture decisions.
  • Team Collaboration and Goal Alignment: Collaborate regularly to align on KPIs and actionable steps that drive progress toward revenue goals.
  • Automated Reporting and Efficiency: Harness tools like Power BI, HubSpot reporting and Excel to automate reporting, streamline processes, and ensure our data stays consistent and efficient across the board.
  • Effective Communication: Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for our stakeholders and executives. Present your findings in meetings to fuel strategic decisions and initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, IT, Economics, or a similar field, with a focus on Data Analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting report creation and data analytics, with a knack for gathering, analyzing and presenting key data insights that fuel decision-making.
  • Analytical Skills:You love solving puzzles and are great at interpreting complex datasets.
  • Technical Proficiency:Comfortable with CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot, NetSuite), BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and advanced Excel.
  • Communication:You know how to distill data into insights that are both clear and actionable.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:You thrive working with different teams to align goals and drive results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships and collaborate seamlessly.
  • Ready to take on a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple moving parts.

  • This position is open to candidates based in our Ile-des-Chnes, Manitoba office or remote, with the option for hybrid work.
