Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Call Center Manager, as the Inside Sales Representative / Setter at Lifestyle Home Products, you are primarily responsible for actioning leads, nurturing relationships and setting appointments with potential clients.

This role involves using various communication channels, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and social media to reach out to prospective customers, qualify leads and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a remote work from home role but candidates must be willing to do a week of in person training in Peterborough Ontario. You must be able to speak French and English to apply for this role.

Key Tasks:
  • Ensure that lead opportunities are responded to and followed up on according to expectations.
  • initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails and social media messages to introduce the company's products and services, with the intention to set an appointment
  • Assess the needs and interests of potential clients to determine if they are a good fit for the company's services to provide qualified leads to our sales team
  • Schedule appointments for the design expert whilst achieving daily performance goals
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the sales team and other Senior Setters to develop strategies for achieving targets and improving the lead generation process.
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions with supervisors and department managers. .
  • Participate in daily huddles to address challenges and foster team collaboration..
  • Achieve key performance standards and achieve script adherence expectations
  • Achieve all outlined call center metrics as per the daily scorecard
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Previous call center experience, or experience as a part of an inside sales team
  • Demonstrated experience achieving sales goals and targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
