Director of Sales, Hospitals & Health Systems, North America East

Reporting to the VP Business Development, Director of Sales, Hospital and Health Systems North America East will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, driving growth with existing partners, and cultivating new strategic partnerships with EMRs, health systems, and managed service providers. This leader will foster an outbound, proactive sales culture to expand our market share in the acute healthcare sector.

In this position you will have the opportunity to play a key role in building, leading, and managing a highly visible and motivated sales team specifically working within Acute Healthcare Industry.

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coaching and inspiring the team to develop in their careers and to achieve individual, team, and organization sales targets.
  • Building a strong sales pipeline using appropriate tools, tactics, operational plans, and processes to drive revenue growth.
  • Contributing to the corporate sales strategy, while working collaboratively with cross- functional teams to achieve company objectives.

As a Sales leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the Account Executives with a strategic and a growth mindset to achieve sales targets, all the while being able to roll up your sleeves and help get the job done and build long-lasting relationships with clients, and partners.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional with strong leadership capabilities, and a desire to coach and mentor others with proven Enterprise Software Sales experience within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will have experience demonstrating operational excellence, taking initiatives, and winning sales to the sales revenue goals of a fast-paced growing company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Onboard, manage, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a high-performance, outbound-focused culture within the sales team.
  • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support long-term revenue growth.
  • Analyze industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Oversee deal negotiations and manage complex sales cycles with prospective clients.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics to ensure team success and track progress toward goals.

Partner and Client Expansion:

  • Strengthen and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize opportunities and increase revenue.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with EMR providers, health systems, and managed service organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on partner initiatives and client success.

Sales Strategy and Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive regional growth and market penetration.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare sector to position Multiview Financial Software as the preferred ERP solution.
  • Ensure the team maintains a robust pipeline and adheres to best practices in sales forecasting and CRM usage.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support long-term revenue growth.
  • Analyze industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Oversee deal negotiations and manage complex sales cycles with prospective clients.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics to ensure team success and track progress toward goals.

Market Representation:

  • Represent Multiview Financial Software at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for our ERP solutions in the healthcare space.

  • Vice President of Business Development
  • Director of Sales
  • Account Executives and Solutions Engineer Team
  • All internal and external stakeholders

Work Environment:

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven success in leading sales teams and delivering results in the healthcare sector, particularly with hospitals and health systems.
  • 8+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and grow strategic partnerships with EMRs, health systems, and managed service providers.
  • Strong track record of creating and fostering outbound, proactive sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time to meet with clients, attend industry events, and close deals.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, healthcare IT solutions, or financial software.
  • Experience working with complex sales cycles in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and operational dynamics in the hospital and health system sector and EHR/EMR systems.
  • Maintaining and cultivating experience with preferred and prospective partners.
