General Accountability:
This position plays a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent across various roles within the organization. While recruitment is the main focus, this HR role also supports broader HR responsibilities that contribute to a positive employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for junior to intermediate HR professional with a passion for recruitment to expand their skills and make an impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and build a talent pipeline using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Job Descriptions & Postings: Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across multiple job boards and our careers page to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and assist in coordinating the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, managing expectations, and promoting our employer brand.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ensure clarity of candidate profiles, and align recruitment strategies with department needs.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire, and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
- Onboarding Support: Support a seamless transition for new hires, assisting with pre-boarding and onboarding activities as needed.
- HR Administration: Support HR operations such as maintaining employee records, updating the HRIS, and generating reports.
- Policy & Procedure Support: Help in the communication and implementation of HR policies and guidelines across the organization.
- This may include additional HR-related tasks as needed, depending on organizational priorities.
Education and Certification:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field/experience.
- Human Resource Management Certificate
Key Attributes (experience, skills and technical knowledge):
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over the recruitment process.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
