Stamped helps Andy dynamically personalize flows for all of the important post-purchase lifecycle Moments, like: replenishment, cross sell, subscription upsell, loyalty points earned, tailored rewards, etc. This means all of her post-purchase emails are finally automated, not just manual campaigns. Theyre also tailored to each individual customer and they link out to a pre-poulated cart, which averages a 30% conversion rate.
She didnt need to hire a team of 8 lifecycle marketers. She didnt need to sacrifice her customer experience. Andy was able to deliver delightful repurchase experiences thanks to Stampeds platform.
Role:
Were looking to hire a Senior Agency Partner Manager to own and operate our agency partnerships program. This person will set the strategy and execute their own plan to: a) level up the agency ecosystem b) drive referrals for Stamped and c) improve retention of our customers through agency matching
The right candidate will also:
- Already be in love with the problem were solving (retention)
- Possess strong consulting and teaching abilities
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and the capacity to build
- Be fun to listen to we need a strong communicator that people genuinely like working with
Responsibilities:
- Become the Stamped expert (know our lifecycle and loyalty products like the back of your hand such that you can consult with our agencies on everything from strategy to the nitty gritty implementation)
- Get in front of the right agencies to introduce them to Stampeds products. This will involve a mix of cold outreach, warm introductions, marketing campaigns, etc.
- When you do land a call with a great agency, youll be responsible for running thorough discovery to see if Stamped is a good fit for their clients
- If it is, youll pitch the value of Stamped and run agencies through a tailored demo of our platform(s) to bring our value to life and really help the message land with the people who will be using our products day to day
- Hit and exceed referral targets (where were getting client introductions from our agency partners)
- Make introductions to any Stamped customers in need of agency services
- Maintain clean reporting using our CRM (Hubspot), Partnerstack, Crossbeam, etc.
- Advocate for our agencies internally and share wins with the rest of the company in slack and during All Hands meetings
- Collaborate with our marketing team on any assets or collateral you may need to do your job well
- Work very closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure were providing the best possible experience to our agency referrals
Requirements
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript
- Experience owning / executing DTC lifecycle marketing
- Ability to fluctuate between high level strategy and in the weeds execution in the same conversation
- Curiosity and initiative to find answers to the questions you have independently
- Ownership mentality over delivering results
Compensation:
We offer a starting salary of $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 CAD depending on experience. This role has a variable pay element which provides an estimated total OTE of $142,000.00 - $157,000.00 CAD.
We take a holistic approach to compensation at Stamped. Total compensation includes Salary, benefits, RRSP, ESPP, an annual education allowance and other perks.
